Guildford Arts offers its member organisations the opportunity to take advantage of our regular membership mailings which are distributed to some 500 addresses – including a growing list of our many ‘buyers’ who have purchased artworks at our exhibitions. Seven mailings occur at roughly 2 monthly intervals throughout the year. (See below)
We distribute flyers, invitations, membership materials and our newsletter. It is quite usual for a mailing to contain 10 or more individual ‘communications’ – most of which are provided by our Organisation Members.
The cost is £45.00 per mailing – a contribution towards postage costs – and we require that 500 copies of the item (usually a flyer!) are provided at least three days before the mailing date.

It is important to register your intention to use the mailing service at least two weeks ahead of the chosen mailing date to enable the efficient organisation of the envelope ‘stuffing’!
500 Flyers must be delivered (by arrangement) at least 3 days in advance of the mailing date.
